Technology
We use some of today’s most
advanced technology to approve your loan
such as FNMA’s Desktop
Underwriter(DU) and FHLMC’s Loan
Prospector(LP). Not only does this speed up
the loan process, but also gives you more
access to programs that you may not be
aware of. In the past there were few
alternatives available when applying for
home financing except just a typical 30
year fixed term. While 30 year fixed rate
mortgages are still available and very
popular, there are many other mortgage
options today including Adjustable Rate Mortgages
(ARM’s), Hybrid
Fixed/ARM’s, FHA's Little Money Down programs,
and other
